About the use of desiccant, mainly:

1. disconnect the plastic sealed bag of desiccant.

2. put the desiccant into the packaging bag of the product as soon as possible.

Once the desiccant opens the sealed bag and is exposed to the air, it will begin to absorb the moisture in the air. The longer it stays in the air, the lower the ability of the desiccant to continue to absorb after being placed in the packaging bag. Therefore, the time interval from the opening of the sealed bag to the actual use should not be too long. Please be sure to put the desiccant into the packaging bag of the product within 10 minutes after unpacking.

3., the product into which the desiccant is immediately sealed.

The desiccant only guarantees its hygroscopic effect in a limited time and space. In a closed environment, the humidity in the sealed container is reduced to a certain level after the desiccant absorbs water vapor, so as to achieve and maintain an absorption balance. After that, the desiccant will reduce the absorption rate and maintain slow absorption for a long time until saturation. (Normally, put a sufficient amount of our product in a closed container, can continue to slowly absorb 50-60 days).

On the contrary, if the packaging bag used for packaging products and desiccant is not sealed (then there is no difference between being placed in the bag and being directly exposed to the air), the desiccant will continue to absorb the moisture in the moist air that enters from the outside world continuously, and it is estimated that saturation can be reached in a few hours.

It is 4. to seal and store the unpacked desiccant immediately.

The desiccant that has not been used up after unpacking should also be sealed and stored instead of being placed at will. The desiccant must be sealed and stored, isolated from the outside air, and can still be effective when it is used next time. Otherwise, the next use will be the absorption of saturated desiccant, can no longer play a role.
